In September 2010, Redwood Construction owner Steve was asked to work as part of a team on the third series of Channel 5’s Cowboy Builders with Melinda Messenger and Dom Littlewood.
Steve worked on two contracts in Camberley and Ormskirk, having been brought in for his expertise in loft conversions and home extensions. The objective was to rectify jobs in which unscrupulous ‘cowboy’ builders had swindled customers, providing substandard work and leaving the jobs unfinished.
Steven finished both jobs of as part of a team, working to the strictest deadlines on the show’s 2 week timeframe for each job. The work was completed to the highest standards, putting a smile back on the customers’ faces and restoring some faith in the building industry.
